This is something that we see flatbed drivers do, from time to time, when they are hauling "empty".... and we've never had an honest explanation of what prompts them to use one of their tie-downs to tie down a toy truck... so if you know the reason, please let us know!

my buddy richard does this for his daughter. she is 5 and he hauls her little dump truck and tractor on the back of his wrecker for her. he has to take her with him because her mother died while giving birth. the little girls name is catalina, but everyone just calls her cat.
